The Vineam residence consists of 74 rooms divided into 8 life units. Each unit has nine to ten rooms with per unit a common sanitary installation and furnished kitchen. There are 3 different types of rooms available: the Standard Rooms, the Comfort Rooms and the Comfort Plus Rooms.

Comfort Plus Room

The 7 Comfort Plus Rooms have an average area of 23 m² and have an integrated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Besides, each Comfort Plus Room has a private balcony with view of the garden.

The rooms are provided as follows:

• Intercom
• Furniture
• Curtains
• Integrated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Comfort room

The 52 comfort rooms have an area between 13 m² and 15 m² and are finished in the same way as the standard rooms.

Standard room

The 15 standard rooms have an average area around 14 m² and are finished in the same way as the comfort rooms.

The standard rooms are reserved for students coming from families with a maximum taxable yearly revenue of 75.500 euro. (only available after showing the certificate provided by the Social Service Department of KULeuven)
